Senior Leisure Travel Consultant

  • Type: Full Time

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Leisure Consultant to join our rapidly growing team at Lifestyle Travel. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in the Leisure Travel industry, a proven track record in sales and must be able to work well in a team environment.

Duties:

• Action offline and online travel inquiries
• Offer excellent service, appropriate product and on point travel advise to clients
• Increase revenue through our existing and new accounts
• Able to manage your own desk, work autonomously but also work well in a team
• Able to make, changes and facilitate cancellations on GDS
• Able to follow Lifestyle Travel finance procedures
• Support preferred suppliers and Strategic Travel Partners
• Able to sell holiday packages (Domestic, Regional & International)
• Able to reach set team targets and assist in growing the business

Key Requirements :

• GDS experience (Sabre preferable but not essential)
• Sales and Target Driven
• Excellent Customer Service delivery
• Sound knowledge of the Leisure Travel Industry

Business Development Manager – Zimbabwe

Job Description

We are looking for an energetic Mid-Level Business Development Manager to join our Legacy Lifestyle team, managing our activities in Zimbabwe.

Duties:

• Actively look for and generate new leads in Zimbabwe.
• Cold Calling to Potential Partners to join the Legacy Lifestyle partner’s network.
• Present the Legacy Lifestyle programme to potential partners and members.
• Conduct training to Legacy Hotels & Resorts and Legacy Lifestyle partners.
• Arrange Monthly meetings with Partners to discuss performance and create a regular cycle for communication and site visits.
• Work collaboratively with the Legacy Lifestyle partners to ensure marketing calendars are aligned in Zimbabwe.
• Address and rectify any issue partners may have in Zimbabwe.

Key Requirements:

• Sales magician: Objection Prevention, Objection Handling, Gaining Commitment, Closing Techniques, Post-Sale Relationship Management and Time Management. • Strategic prospecting skills.
• Understanding of general marketing is needed
• Sales skills and experience is a necessity
• Account management skills
• Well-spoken, charismatic and presentable individual
• Entrepreneurial and innovative mind-set
• Valid driver’s license and own car.
