Job Description

We are looking for a game changing and dynamic sales person with top negotiation skills, excellent verbal proficiency and a proven track record on closing deals and increasing revenue.

Duties

Manage existing account relationships
Foster new relationships with existing partners
Bring new partners onto the Lifestyle Rewards Programme
Answer partner queries and concerns
Increase revenue factors within existing partners

Key Requirements

The candidate needs to be able to work independently and manage their own time
The candidate needs to be a team player with a great attitude
An extensive experience of cold calling needs to be demonstrated
Must be confident speaking and presenting to senior management level
Outstanding account management skills required
Own vehicle is required
Proficiency in MS Office required

Experience in the rewards sector is preferable but not essential

RECEPTIONIST & PA

We’re looking for a receptionist and personal assistant hybrid robot. So if you would like to be the Managing Director’s right hand gal (or guy) then we need you to give us a shout!

Duties

Handle administrative duties for the MD
Help the MD with certain errands and tasks
Manage the office space
Take calls and do administrative work
Monitor and control stock levels of collateral

ONLINE MARKETING

Are you googly about Google? We have the perfect position available for anybody looking to grow their career in online marketing.

Duties

Develop online marketing strategy with department manager
Monitor over 15 separate Legacy Group Google Accounts
Optimise Google Accounts daily
Start new campaigns when new clients are brought on
Help department manager with monthly reporting and presentations

Key Requirements

A great understanding of SEO, PPC, and Remarketing is required
Experience with Google marketing and analytics is required
The candidate needs to be able to work independently and manage their own time
The candidate needs to be a team player with a great attitude
An out-the-box, innovative way of approaching online marketing is ideal

JUNIOR DESIGNER

Job Description

A junior designer will be ready to develop their existing skills by working with senior creative staff on a range of ambitious and innovative projects. Responsible for helping to drive the creative direction of campaigns, an understanding of typography, layout and art direction will be needed to help the team produce the best work possible

A good knowledge of the following tools is usually required:
InDesign
Illustrator
Photoshop
Dreamweaver
Adobe Acrobat
Flash
Microsoft Office

Communication is a big part of the job, so the junior designer must feel confident enough to contribute to the entire creative process. Keeping a finger on the pulse of current trends is also key when moving towards promotion and recognition.

Duties

The specific details of a junior designer’s role will vary depending on the role, but common activities include:
Offering input to creative meetings and sharing ideas
Producing attractive and effective designs for all media
Communicating with senior team members to receive feedback
Supporting the team throughout the execution of campaigns and project

Key Requirements

A junior designer needs a wide range of design and creative capabilities. These include:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Adeptness with leading design software packages
A determination to achieve and succeed
Some creative industry experience
The ability to meet deadlines in a high pressure environment
A background of working as part of a design team
The ability to see projects through from inception to production
Consistency regardless of project size
Good organisational skills that support the rest of the team
The motivation to maintain and improve design standards
The willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve
From time-to-time a junior designer may need to work hours that aren’t typical, so a flexible approach is needed to get the best from the job.
