Social Media Assistant

We’re looking for someone to kick our social status into overdrive. If you’re a social butterfly and want to show off your skills, send us your CV.


Help monitor over 75 social media pages
Generate content to be scheduled for the pages
Help develop the social media strategy with the department manager
Create new pages when new clients are brought on
Help with monthly reporting and presentation

Key Requirements

A great understanding of social media is required
Experience with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google + is essential
Experience with paid advertising on social media is required
The candidate needs to be able to work independently and manage their own time
The candidate needs to be a team player with a great attitude
Must be confident speaking and presenting to senior management level
Proficiency in MS Office required

Experience in the rewards sector is preferable but not essential

• Manage the execution of the hotel marketing strategies and projects • Liaise with the Legacy Hotels and Resorts head office marketing team • Manage a team of marketing mavericks • Leverage off your team to drive:
• Social media
• Google marketing
• Graphic design
• Direct email and SMS marketing
• Website maintenance and development
• Automated marketing workflows
• Guest lifecycle management
• Customer rewards
• Develop new and innovative marketing channels
• Manage the marketing execution budget and hotel retainers
• Purchase media and make key channel decisions
• Track, monitor and report on business results

Key Requirements

• A minimum of 3-4 years marketing experience (hotel marketing an advantage)
• A holistic understanding of marketing is needed
• Copywriting skills and experience is a necessity
• Project management skills
• Time management skills
• Account management skills
• Well-spoken, charismatic and presentable individual
• Above average communication and relationship skills
• Entrepreneurial and innovative mind-set

Senior Leisure Travel Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Leisure Consultant to join our rapidly growing team at Lifestyle Travel. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in the Leisure Travel industry, a proven track record in sales and must be able to work well in a team environment.


• Action offline and online travel inquiries
• Offer excellent service, appropriate product and on point travel advise to clients
• Increase revenue through our existing and new accounts
• Able to manage your own desk, work autonomously but also work well in a team
• Able to make, changes and facilitate cancellations on GDS
• Able to follow Lifestyle Travel finance procedures
• Support preferred suppliers and Strategic Travel Partners
• Able to sell holiday packages (Domestic, Regional & International)
• Able to reach set team targets and assist in growing the business

Key requirements :

• GDS experience (Sabre preferable but not essential)
• Sales and Target Driven
• Excellent Customer Service delivery
• Sound knowledge of the Leisure Travel Industry
