Terms and Conditions

  • Participants must be registered Members of Legacy Lifestyle.
  • Lifestyle Members must Earn or Spend their Lifestyle Rands at any Wine Concepts store within the competition dates to be entered into the competition draw.
  • Competition begins on 19 September 2020 and ends on 20 October 2020.
  • The Competition winners will get one of two cases of Strandveld Vineyards First Sighting range valued at R500.
  • The outcome of the competition is subject to the decision of the judge, presenter or organiser of the Competition, whose decision is final, and no negotiations and/or correspondence will be entered into.
  • Unless otherwise specified in the rules, any accommodation prizes awarded by Legacy specifically excludes the costs of transportation to any hotel or resort. It is your responsibility to arrange your own transportation, at your own cost to take up any accommodation prizes.
  • Participants enter or take part in competitions at their own risk and Legacy Lifestyle bears no responsibility for any loss, damage or harm suffered as a result of participation in any Legacy Lifestyle competition.
  • Participants must eighteen (18) over at the time of the competition, unless otherwise stipulated. Legacy Lifestyle reserves the right to limit the number of entries made by any one individual, through the various entry platforms for a competition, unless otherwise stipulated.
  • Prizes may not be exchanged for cash or any other prize, nor are they transferable.
  • No Legacy Lifestyle employees or their immediate family, nor Legacy Lifestyle PR, strategic or advertising agents or aligned partners are allowed to participate.
  • Legacy Lifestyle reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel and/or suspend any competition.
  • Closing date must be adhered to, no extensions will be given.

  • The Winners will be notified within two days of competition closing date (The winner’ name will be announced on social media).
